Practising renovation and decoration contractors are invited to be registered as accredited renovators. Through a screening process, the association will be limiting the number of members to be about 10% of the Registered Renovation Related Companies in Singapore so as to maintain a high standard of quality.

Please complete the application form attached , and submit it together with the following documents to the address stated below for approval.

1. Strictly a HDB License Holder (if nature of business is ID)
2. Company’s Registrar of Company with ACRA. (Minimum capital : S$50K)
3. Audited Financial Statement (2 years)
4. Invoice – minimum S$5K per invoice (5 customers)
5. Entrance Fee of S$500
6. Member Yearly Subscription Fee of S$500
7. Public Liability Insurance certificate (with a minimum sum insured of S$500K to S$1million)
